With the new year, comes the chance for a 'new beginning' and goal setting. I would encourage each of our dancers to set a realistic goal that will stretch your abilities and then GO FOR IT!
New goals could be ie:
share your love for Irish dance with others
work on turnout/up on toes
move up ___ level(s)
enjoy performing more(if you are anxious)
try to correct what teacher says each week(I like this one)
learn more about Irish dance history
Those are just a couple of examples. Of course we would want you to customize your own goal. Do something that will stretch your current abilities. Our first class back we will be writing these down and putting them in a time capsule for the year. We will do a checkup on our goals in May.
